If I, Juliana Love, were Douglas Mastriano’s speech writer, after he is elected the Republican nominee for Governor of Pennsylvania!
THE MASTRIANO ADMINISTRATION
Dear Fellow Pennsylvanians:
I stand before you tonight, transparent and openly visible as your equal. I am not above you, nor am I beneath you. I have walked beside you as your State Senator, during one of Pennsylvania’s most devastating and trying times due to the Covid 19 pandemic. We were oppressed and held under the cruel dictatorship and bondage, of the outgoing Wolf Administration. The founder of Pennsylvania William Penn once stated:
“Men must be governed by God, or they will be ruled by tyrants.”
Sadly, across this country, millions of us have known that to be true especially here in our own Commonwealth. On December 19, 1776, The American Crisis, written by Thomas Paine was published in the Pennsylvania Journal. I would like to read to you just a paragraph of that famous book now 245 years old:
“These are the times that try men’s souls: The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like Hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.”
On December 25, 1776, while encamped at McConkey’s Ferry on the Delaware River, eight to nine miles north of Trenton, New Jersey, General George Washington of the Continental Army had those astonishing words read out loud to his downtrodden troops. It was his hope that their morale and spirits would be lifted as they had yet to win a battle against the British and Hessian armies as the belief of winning the American Revolution was slim to none. Yet, in spite of a winter Nor’ Easter with blizzard snowy conditions and freezing rain, after hearing what Thomas Paine had written, the Patriots of the past rose up in unity and crossed the icy Delaware River and won their first battle against America’s enemies.
Colonel Henry Knox after crossing the Delaware wrote in a letter to his wife:
“Perseverance accomplished what at first seemed impossible.”
And over these past two years, “We the People” persisted, no matter how dark and how long the night seemed, finally, it is the dawn of a new day for us here in this great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; a changing of the Guards as it states in the Declaration of Independence:
“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
It is our job, it is our Patriotic duty to throw off the horrific Socialistic and Democratic government and provide a new, Conservative Republican Administration – namely The Mastriano Administration, for the future security of all men, women and children in this Commonwealth.
Though my heart is heavy for the innocent babies that have been allowed to be murdered at the hands of heartless butchers and leaders, who used abortion disguised as women’s rights; although my heart is heavy for the innocent lives taken mercilessly at the hands of Dr. Levine and the Wolf Administration, by allowing Covid 19 positive patients back into the nursing homes and assisted living residences, while Dr. Levine rescued her own mother; and although my heart is heavy for businesses lost, homes and families destroyed by the unethical practices by, once again, the Wolf Administration, as Thomas Paine also wrote:
“We have it in our power to begin the world over again.”
And I believe with God’s help, we can rebuild and begin our state over again with the hope of a better and brighter tomorrow; never forgetting those precious lives that have been lost. But in determination, to make sure that the past does not repeat itself. And although I have worn many titles, if I am elected your next Governor, as George Washington on August 28, 1778, once stated:
“Still, I hope I shall always possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain (what I consider the most enviable of all titles) the character of an honest man.”
You know of my service to our country; you sat with me and my wife through countless hours of our fireside chats, radio podcasts and TV interviews. You hugged us as we visited day after day businesses and events. You witnessed the backlash we faced and gave us your full support, for which we are truly grateful. It was your motivation and love that led me to accept the run for Governor in the first place. It was through careful and heartfelt prayer that my wife and I wanted to only follow God’s will and His will led us to you – to govern the wonderful people and towns of Pennsylvania; to protect its unborn, freedoms, cultures, historical landmarks and so much more. It is time to turn the tides of injustice, of the outgoing failed administration. It is time to turn this state RED. Thank you and to God be all the glory!
LET’S GET THIS GREAT MAN OF GOD ELECTED
AS THE NEXT GOVERNOR OF PENNSYLVANIA!
Sincerely,
Juliana Love
